Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Meraki by Amna. We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.


We gladly accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item.


If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at within 3days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided during the return authorization process.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over Rs10000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
