Cancellation by Customer

You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it enters the processing stage. Once the product has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information. At this point, our “Exchange Policy” will apply for any modifications or returns.

Cancellation by Meraki by Amna

Meraki by Amna reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

The item is unexpectedly out of stock.
Errors in pricing occurred during the order process.
The credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If you choose to cancel your order before it is processed, any payments made will be promptly refunded to your original payment method.
In cases where Meraki by Amna cancels an order, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
