To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at Info@merakibyamna.com with your order number and details of the item. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@merakibyamna.com.
